Parents can progress senior careers whilst enjoying their families with the award-winning Leaders Plus Fellowship.

Too often, parents feel they must choose between an ambitious career and enjoying their young children.

The multi-award-winning Leaders Plus Fellowship exists to change this and applications are open now! As part of the 9-month Fellowship, you get a senior leader Mentor, expert career development support, group coaching, a supportive cross-sector network of peers and practical tools to overcome work/life hurdles.

Previous Fellows have described their time on the Leaders Plus Fellowship as “life-transforming” and over half of the latest cohort have been promoted since starting the programme.

Sessions can be accessed either online or in a mix of online and face-to-face delivery and babies are always welcome. Support is available to help secure employer funding and hardship fund places are also available.

Application deadline: Wednesday 20th March 2024

Why the Leaders Plus Fellowship is Different

Not just a women’s development programme: Open to anyone with significant childcare responsibilities who want to progress their careers into leadership roles.

Not just a ‘course’: Join an international community of like-minded change-makers paving the way for future generations of working parents to succeed.

Measured for impact: We know our programme works because we measure the impact.

  • 60% of 2023 Fellows received promotion or additional senior responsibility.
  • 80% average increase in satisfaction with work life balance.
  • 85% rated themselves ‘engaged at work’ (compared to 9% of the UK workforce – Gallup).

Flexible learning: Choose between blended or online learning models to suit your commitments.

Child and baby-friendly: We welcome children and babies to ALL events and workshops.
