Training Philosophy
Global Wo.Men Hub (GWMH) supports a range of training modules developed by expert third-party organizations, designed to foster effective collaboration between women and men in both professional and private spheres. Some of these modules are available free of charge, while others require a participation fee.
Aligned with its mission, GWMH focuses on strengthening the following key areas:
- Women in Leadership and Entrepreneurship
Tailored modules empower women to grow in leadership and entrepreneurship, offering practical guidance on access to finance, as well as essential soft and hard skills for success in these fields. - Women in STEM and the Digital Sector
GWMH is committed to closing the gender gap in technology by offering training for women—especially those without a background in computer engineering—in basic digital skills and artificial intelligence. These courses aim to equip participants with the digital literacy needed to engage in the ongoing industrial transformation. Men in non-engineering fields are also encouraged to join these sessions. - Men for Gender Equality and Work-Life Integration
Promoting gender equality means transforming both the workplace and home environments. GWMH provides modules that support men in embracing co-responsibility in family life, and work with women as allies at work. This cultural shift leads to improved well-being at home and at work.
Through these initiatives, GWMH aims to build a more cooperative society where all individuals can thrive and contribute to real change.
