The Hub is open to Belgians and foreigners, either to legal persons legally constituted according to the laws and customs of the State to which they belong, or to physical persons.
Legal Members entities include:
- Large companies;
- Consultancies;
- Public and para- public institutions;
- SMES that meet the criteria of small and medium-sized enterprises as defined by European regulations;
- Local, regional, European and international non-profit associations active in the field of women and gender;
- University research centers or groups;
- Primary and secondary schools;
- High education: Non-university colleges.
Membership
Article 5 and 6 of GWMH Articles of Association
Members or their representatives have the right to attend the General Meeting and each has one vote. Substitutes have the right to attend the General Meeting and the representative of the member has one vote only in the absence of the respective representative.To maintain their membership status, all members must pay an annual subscription as defined by the Board of Directors and approved by the General Meeting.
The Board of Directors decides on the admission of new members.
During its 2023 General Meeting, the General Assembly determined the membership fees:
