The Hub is open to Belgians and foreigners, either to legal persons legally constituted according to the laws and customs of the State to which they belong, or to physical persons.

Legal Members entities include:

  1. Large companies;
  2. Consultancies;
  3. Public and para- public institutions;
  4. SMES that meet the criteria of small and medium-sized enterprises as defined by European regulations;
  5. Local, regional, European and international non-profit associations active in the field of women and gender;
  6. University research centers or groups;
  7. Primary and secondary schools;
  8. High education: Non-university colleges.

Membership

Article 5 and 6 of GWMH Articles of Association

Members or their representatives have the right to attend the General Meeting and each has one vote. Substitutes have the right to attend the General Meeting and the representative of the member has one vote only in the absence of the respective representative.To maintain their membership status, all members must pay an annual subscription as defined by the Board of Directors and approved by the General Meeting.

The Board of Directors decides on the admission of new members. Natural or legal persons wishing to join the Association shall send a written application for admission to the President or General Secretary of the Association.Members are free to withdraw from the Association at any time, by sending their decision by letter, or any other means of written communication, to the President or General Secretary of the Association.

Members lose their membership by :

  • Withdrawal addressed in writing to the President of the Association;
  • Non-payment of the annual subscription;
  • Exclusion by decision of the General Meeting;
  • Death for individuals;
  • Dissolution of the association.

During its 2023 General Meeting, the General Assembly determined the membership fees:

  • Financial contribution OR
  • In Kind contribution

 

 

  • Become a Linkedin Ambassador of the Hub

  • Feed social media (Instagram or Facebook or Twitter)

  • Become a partnership/membership developer for the Hub

 

Actively Participate to a Working Group

Other Contributions

Draft an article for the Blog- at least 2/year

Provide a free subscription to an electronic platform (mailchimp, Eventbrite)

Offer meeting rooms or co-working space

Organise an event online or presential

Provide trainer and speaker contact

Provide academic articles

Be a speaker and/or a trainer pro bono
