This working group promotes existing education and training modules for a effective cooperation between women and men. It also develop new modules upon request for organisation. For existing modules, please click on “Our inspiration-resources-education and training”.

The training WG will first make a mapping of the existing training modules in relation to the objectives of the Hub aiming at developing a mentality of inclusion and equal rights between women and men. Modules in the field of stereotypes, unconscious bias, communication between gender, women at work and in leadership positions, etc. will be enhanced among other modules.
The target audience is women and/or men for:
- Capacitation of women and men in an effective work-iife integration.
- Empowerment of Women in entrepreneurship and Leadership;
- Upliftment of Women in AI, digitalisation and STEM;
- Engaging Men in supporting Gender Synergy at home and at work.
The experts come from diverse disciplines and sectors:
- University professors and researchers;
- Industry experts;
- Experts from the non-for-profit associations;
- Consultants.

Christine Marlet, BE
EU Affairs and Communication Director Global Wo.Men Hub
20 years European Public Affairs experience.Achieved recognition of organisations and effective impacts on European policies through sound scientific evidence and extensive communication campaigns using both digital and non-digital media’s-Coordinated a Life Programme on the recycliability of gypsum plasterboard with 17 partners between 2013 and 2016.

Jessica Johnson, BE

Member of the Nuclear Europe Executive Team, liaising directly with the Director General on the Association’s priorities and strategy. On the communications side, my traditional day-to-day work includes: Development of internal & external communications strategies, Drafting of press releases, position papers, newsletters and publications, Website development and management, Nuclear promotion, Event organisation, Social media management, Media relations.

Katja Legisa, BE

Katja Legisa is the Digital Brussels Director at the Digital Leadership Institute, an international NGO with the mission is to bridge the gender gap and digital divide worldwide by educating, empowering and promoting greater participation of girls and women in strategic, innovative ESTEAM (entrepreneurship, science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics) sectors. Ms. Legisa is also a Manager and program developer for the Female Tech Startup Incubator, where she leads women toward the creation of their own dreams

Marisa Gil, ESP

Marisa is an Associate Professor at the Computer Architecture Department of the Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya (UPC), where she has been doing research since 1988. She received her Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya in 1994. Prof. Gil is a member of HiPEAC, the European Network of Excellence on High-Performance Embedded Architecture and Compilation. She is also a Member of the ACM and a Senior Member of the IEEE (IEEE Education, IEEE Computer Society and IEEE WIE). She has served on the board of Spanish chapter of The IEEE Education Society. She is also co-founder of MuIN (Spanish Network of Women in Informatics).
