This working group aims at facilitating access to funded projects by public authorities or by the private sector, foundations and companies.

The Project Development WG works in close cooperation with the research and analysis WG.
The experts come from diverse disciplines and sectors:
- University professors and researchers;
- Industry representatives active in HR themes or CSR or in sustainable development and digitalization according to the subjects chosen;
- Experts from the non-for-profit associations;
- Consultants;
- Representatives from the public sectors.
Priority area:
1. Women in digitalisation.
2. Women in the energy transition with a focus on women in STEM
3. Empower Men at Home.

Qualified consultant with over seven years’ professional experience on EU funding and project management. Head of Operations at the European Crowdfunidng Network (ECN), coordinating the administrative, financial and technical development of several EU-funded projects.

Professor at the technical University of Athens-mechanical engineering. Drafter and coordinated many EU projects. Interested in Women, energy and climate change within and outside Europe.

Trained at Exeter University and Eastern University USA with MA in Organizational Leadership with emphasis in NGO leadership & with MA in Applied Population Research. She is all about Gender Equality, Women Empowerment, Diversity & Inclusion, Social Protection and Integration.

Focused on Strategic Human Resources Management and Gender Diversity and Digital Jobs activities, he specializes in designing, implementing, managing and evaluating European Projects. His knowledge is in the fields of combating gender segregation issues in the working environment, increasing women’s employability through strengthening of professional skills.

Women’s earth alliance and Women initiative for sustainable development, Responsible for supporting the creation of a joint proposal and the building of a network of allies in Nigeria to launch a training that brings clean cookstoves and entrepreneurship development to women leaders in Nigeria on behalf of WEA and WISE.
