Girls in Bizz

Girls in Biz is a youth-driven organization with a unique focus surrounding empowering young women and fostering both leadership and inclusivity. Most existing female entrepreneurship programs are backed by companies or universities. This initiative is fully youth-led, making it more accessible and impactful to the young women seeking mentorship.

Girls in Biz tackles one issue at a time and continually strive to improve, promote and spread awareness of various issues such as:

• awareness on gender wage gap
• reducing gender bias
• promoting women in business

GWMH and Girsl in Bizz cooperate by providing mentors to the Business mentorship & Competition
