European Women on Board

WHO WE ARE

EWOB is the European umbrella association for gender equality at decision-making level.
We are a non-profit Brussels-based organisation whose aim is to increase gender diversity in C-Suite and Board roles throughout Europe.

OUR MISSION

Together we support the European Union’s Directive that introduces a binding objective of at least 40% of board members of each gender by 2026.

CROSS-BORDER MENTORING PROGRAM

Regardless of your position or industry, European Women on Boards (EWOB) has a mentor ready to share their experience to support your development as a female leader. Our mentors are both male and female senior executives from a multitude of sectors across Europe. We have Digital Strategy Mentors who help develop digital acumen and guide their mentees to become credible players in the digitalized business environment. Our Leadership Mentors will stimulate creative thinking on various possibilities of how to embrace your leadership challenges, or support other topics ranging from soft skills development to strategic thinking.

C-LEVEL PROGRAM

Get ready to lead strategically from the C-suite. EWOB C-Level Program supports experienced female leaders in keeping pace with contemporary leadership challenges while connecting with other professionals facing similar challenges.

BOARD READINESS PROGRAM

Take the first steps to the boardroom and become a woman powering change. Whether in the corporate sector or in other spheres such as non-profit organisations or academia, boards of directors have an important role to play as decision-makers. By leading and shaping the long-term vision of an organisation, they have the opportunity to actively contribute to improving diversity, inclusion and sustainability. This is why we have created the Board Readiness Program, a practical training for all the leaders of tomorrow.
