Gender Scan has shown how teams with 40 to 60% women deliver better performance and improve well-being for everybody in the workplace.  Over the past five years significant improvement has been observed in organization of work with the increase of teleworking or flexitime, > whereas progress in career management and support to parenthood remain very uneven (results of the 2016 and 2017 surveys are presented in  Women in STEM disciplines published by Springer).
