Mariolina Ceriotti Migliarese is a doctor, child psychiatrist and psychotherapist. She lives in Milan, where she works as a Specialist at the Azienda Socio Sanitaria Territoriale Melegnano-Martesana and works as a private psychotherapist for adults and couples. For many years she has been involved in training parents and teachers through conferences and articles on family issues. Married in 1973 she has six children (5 boys and 1 girl).

Elle vit à Milan, où elle travaille comme spécialiste à l’Azienda Socio Sanitaria Territoriale Melegnano-Martesana et travaille comme psychothérapeute privée pour adultes et couples. Depuis de nombreuses années, elle participe à la formation des parents et des enseignants par le biais de conférences et d’articles sur les questions familiales. Mariée en 1973, elle a six enfants (5 garçons et 1 fille).

The drastic and necessary rebellion that the feminist movement brought about did not happened in a vacuum. Women had many, and very valid, reasons to oppose men. Often, the context forced them to show respect for men which was more apparent than real. This situation incubated a serious enmity between the sexes, which we see every day. Thanks to the fight against male domination, women have created networks among themselves, they have reflected on themselves, they have grown, they have asserted themselves. But the perhaps inevitably one-sided way of looking at the relationship between the sexes has led to a very dangerous misunderstanding, which now shows its increasingly serious consequences: in order to counteract the arrogance, women are unwittingly contributing to making men impotent. La rébellion drastique et nécessaire que le mouvement féministe a provoquée ne s’est pas produite dans le vide. Les femmes avaient de nombreuses raisons, très valables, de s’opposer aux hommes. Souvent, le contexte les obligeait à faire preuve d’un respect pour les hommes qui était plus apparent que réel. Cette situation a engendré une grave inimitié entre les sexes, que nous constatons tous les jours. Grâce à la lutte contre la domination masculine, les femmes ont créé des réseaux entre elles, elles ont réfléchi sur elles-mêmes, elles ont grandi, elles se sont affirmées.
