Reinventing the gender equality agenda requires us to look beyond parity and focus on synergy. This should be based on experience and academic research.
It includes moving beyond gendered stereotypes and advocating for mutual growth in soft skills.Encouraging all individuals to develop diverse strengths creates environments where innovation flourishes.

The Hub’s tools are as follows:
Worldwide Network
To become a global network promoting existing concrete initiatives and projects aimed at improving the inclusion of all women and men in society.
Think-Tank
To become a think tank by conducting multidisciplinary research that brings together universities, public authorities, businesses and non-profit organisations, with the aim of achieving an inclusive society in practice.
Training Centre
To be involved in promoting and/or developing training programmes (group and individual, for businesses and educational institutions).
